But AI/Canva files are great for brainstorming, not for printing.

Promo products need vector artwork so your logo stays crisp at any size.
Canva, ChatGPT and bitmap images can blur, pixelate, or be rejected by suppliers.

Share your idea early and we’ll prep it properly.
A small graphics budget now = flawless printing later.

ANSWER: Sorry, we don't print or embroidery on client goods. We have excellent wholesale options we are happy to quote you on and sell branded.

SAMPLES

“Provide your courier account number, and we’re happy to provide samples.” - if your deadline is tight, sampling will add extra time and may delay your project.

Under $20: we cover the sample cost of the products - These are non-returnable. Please use, donate or recycle when  ever possible.

Over $20: Invoiced upfront or returned within two weeks—we’ll coordinate the return with you.

All samples ship direct from suppliers across Canada, so allow a bit of extra time.

PREFERRED ALTERNATIVE

Need it quicker? Size charts are the fastest way to order—accurate, detailed, and available for every brand. Just ask.

ANSWER: Yes — but we keep it simple and transparent.
•     Decorated Apparel & Headwear: Minimum order is 24 pieces. The more you order, the sharper the pricing — and we’re happy to quote different quantities so you can see the price breaks.
•     Promotional Products: Minimums vary by item and supplier. Generally, smaller items come with higher minimums. We’ll always show the lowest available quantity in your quote.


Your custom quote will highlight both the minimums and the best pricing opportunities. Volume purchasing often unlocks better value — and we’ll help you make the most of it.

ANSWER: Absolutely! Paper proofs and virtual samples are offered at no charge and are easy for us to do. Production times do not begin until your custom proof is approved.

ANSWER: Yes, we are proudly a family owned business operating from North Vancouver. Creating and selling Branded Merch, Screen Printing & Embroidery in North Vancouver & Beyond

ANSWER: You bet! To print your logo we need Adobe Illustrator (AI) file,, EPS or PDF vector format with all text converted to outlines. Please save as .eps or native .ai file.

We can't use jpegs, bit maps or napkin drawings. However - we can help you out.

We’ll confirm details, send a proof, and guide you from there.

ARTWORK
Vector files only (AI, EPS, PDF). JPG/PNG may need redraw. Fonts outlined.

DECORATION
PMS colours matched as closely as possible. Size/placement may vary. We’ll advise.

SPOILAGE / EXTRAS
1% spoilage expected. SP credits over that. Tip: Order a few extras—no single replacements.

MISPRINT POLICY

Murphy’s Law happens. If misprints or damage occur:

  • We offer discounts or find ways to re-brand, repurpose, or donate the product.
  • If nothing else works, we handle recycling or responsible disposal.

TIMELINE
Starts after proof approval. Rush orders possible. Shipping varies.
We only accept deadlines we can meet. We are in the business of print and timing — always aiming to exceed your expectations.

Orders
Minimums may apply. Final quantities and placement may vary slightly.

Payment
Balance due before or upon delivery. Custom orders are non-returnable.
