QUESTION: Can I give simplyPROMO my own t-shirts etc. to decorate?

ANSWER: Sorry, we don't print or embroidery on client goods. We have excellent wholesale options we are happy to quote you on and sell branded.

QUESTION: Are there minimums when ordering with Simply Promo?

ANSWER: Decorated Apparel and Headwear - 12 quantity minimum. Price will get sharper the higher volume that you order. We can quote to show to the differences in quantity, versus price.

Promotional Products - the lowest quantity will be shown in the quote on supplier page. It varies per products. Often the smaller the item, the larger the order minimum.

QUESTION: Do I get to see a proof at simplypromo ?

ANSWER: Absolutely! Paper proofs and virtual samples are offered at no charge and are easy for us to do. Production times do not begin until your custom proof is approved.

QUESTION: Is Simply Promo a locally owned Canadian business?

ANSWER: Yes, we are proudly a family owned business operating from North Vancouver. We are able to service clients projects across Canada and locally. 

QUESTION: I don't have Vector art work - can Simply promo help?

ANSWER: You bet! To print your logo we need Adobe Illustrator (AI) file,, EPS or PDF vector format with all text converted to outlines. Please save as .eps or native .ai file.

We can't use jpegs, bit maps or napkin drawings. However - we can help you out.

• Billing and shipping address with phone numbers
• Items Style number (or product description you want to order)
• Quantity, Sizes and colours to be ordered (if applicable)

• Decoration method (silkscreen, embroidery, Laser Engrave, printed...) Location and size of imprint (we will provide suggestions and proofs) Imprint colours (PMS# or Pantone code colours)
• Product In hands requested date - please allow extra time for delivery
• 50% deposit for all new clients - we accept e-transfer, cheque, credit card and cash. Orders are invoiced once shipped, prompt payment is always appreciated.
